Project Management Basics

(2-day program) Now that you have a project, how can you assure it runs smoothly? This course will prepare students to run successful projects by applying the foundational principals of project management.
After participating in this session, attendees should be able to:

1. Apply the 5 C's of communication in project management.

2. Evaluate the 3 main forces affecting a project, time, cost, and quality, when making project decisions.

3. Recognize common project pitfalls to avoid project errors and mistakes.

4. Utilize project management best practices.

Course cost includes breakfast (for hotel guests only), lunch and morning/afternoon snack each day of class.
